How to create a web site for small businesses or family groups on a LAMP server.

I wanted to use the web to capture all the tips and tricks I learned through this process of selecting a open source content managment system (CMS) package, setting up web sites with web 2.0 technologies like social networking, wiki, blogs.  After reading reviews and testing, I picked the best PHP content managment system from Joomla, Wordpress and Drupal.  I selected Drupal as the best most flexible CMS.  Drupal is also the best designed with the cleanest code.
