It solved problem related to the shutdown during the update. However,I had to see that the wireless worked as well.
It didn't.
Next I had to go into the System->AdministrationHardware Drivers and enable the wireless. It downloaded some files, I had to reboot, then the wireless device showed up.
We had to limit the number of monitors on Sitescope or the performance and stability got terrible. We have now switched from Sitescope, Foglight and HP Openview to just the commercial supported version of Nagios called NagiosXI and we love it. It includes Wizards, Reports and Dash boards. See our very complete research on NagiosXI
Before you go any further backup your database before doing any steps below. If you 'splode your database for any reason, you'll need it.
Here are the steps:
1. Shutdown MySQL
2. Move/copy/change the name of ib_logfile0 and ib_logfile1 files. (find where MySQL exists on your system - locations can vary greatly). MySQL will recreate these files when you start it up again. Not anytime you change the innodb_log_file_size parameter you will need to shutdown MySQL, move these files, and start up MySQL again.
After using a prototype Galaxy Tab I wanted one. Now that I have owned one for two weeks (actually it is all I had while on vacation for a week), I thought it would be good to review what I like and don't like about the Galaxy Tab. What I have been looking for is a replacement for my laptop which I still need to use because of a list of things the Iphone is not up to doing.

I've started to add x86_64 specific instructions below when they differ from traditional 32-bit instructions. The biggest issue is with multimedia plug-ins which are still often available only in 32-bit versions. Please note that I have yet to test the 64-bit instructions personally so if you do try them please do so with care and use the comments section at the bottom to send corrections.
